Charles Pugh - Defendant charged in connection with Criminal Sexual Conduct in connection with inappropriate sexual behavior with a then 14-year-old Detroit male. He is being extradited back to Michigan today, however, his arrival has not yet been confirmed. Status updates will be sent out when information is confirmed.

Charles Pugh - Defendant charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct in connection with inappropriate sexual behavior with a then 14-year-old Detroit male. Pugh is being held in the Detroit Detention Center. Today at 10:30 a.m., WCPO assistant prosecutors will appear before Magistrate Millicent Sherman in 36th District Court for the video arraignment and to argue the bond motion.

James Tolbert Perjury Warrant Denied - See press release attached. The investigation into the Runyon Street homicides with Vincent Smothers and two other suspects is ongoing.
Robert Bashara - WCPO has been informed that Judge Vonda Evans has adjourned the defendant's post-conviction hearing from Thursday, July 14, 2016, until Friday, July 15, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. No reason was given for the adjournment.
Deontae Mitchell Homicide Case - The four defendant preliminary examination is continuing on July 19th at 8:30 a.m.

Update: This afternoon we have received four not in custody warrant requests for individuals alleged to have made Facebook posts concerning the police. They are currently being reviewed.
