Detroit Man Charged In Sexual Assault Of Henry Ford High School Student
Justin D. Johnson, 22 years old (DOB: 5/30/93), of Detroit, has been charged with two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct First Degree, one count each of Kidnapping, Accosting a Minor for Immoral Purposes, Felonious Assault and Felony Firearm. On June 5, 2015 at 7:55 a.m., it is alleged that Johnson sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl as she was on her way to Henry Ford High School in Detroit. The complainant immediately reported the attack to a school official and the police were alerted.
Johnson was arraigned in 34th District Court in Romulus on Sunday, June 7, 2015. His probable cause hearing is scheduled for June 15, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. and his preliminary examination is scheduled for June 22, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. before Judge Shannon Holmes in 36th District Court. He received a $500,000 cash/surety bond.
