Alexander David Haggart (DOB: 07/18/81) of St. Clair Shores - On October 27, 2017, Haggart was charged with one count of Carrying a Concealed Weapon.* On October 24, 2017, it is alleged that he was pulled over by police on a traffic stop at Lake Shore Drive and Whitcomb in Grosse Pointe Farms. During the investigation, a hand gun was found in his glove compartment and he was arrested. It is further alleged that Haggart does not possess a valid Michigan CPL license. Haggart was arraigned on October 31, 2017 before Judge Matthew R. Rumora in the 32C District Court in Grosse Pointe Farms. A scheduling conference is set for November 1, 2017 at 12:00 noon before Judge Rumora. He received a $10,000 personal bond.

*The charges are allegations and defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Dearborn Couple Charged in Non-Fatal Day Care Shootings

Prosecutor Kym Worthy has charged Timothy Eubanks, 32 (DOB: 11/21/1984), and his wife Samantha Eubanks, 32 (DOB: 09/29/1985), both of Dearborn, in connection with the non-fatal shootings of two young children while in an unlicensed daycare operated in the couple's home in the 3600 block of Harding in the City of Dearborn.

On Thursday, November 2, 2017, the defendants were arraigned in 19th District Court before Judge GeneHunt and the both received a $20,000.00/ 10% bond. The Probable Cause Conference is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on November 8, 2017, and the Preliminary Examination is scheduled for November 17, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.The bond conditions set by Judge Hunt are as follows:

· No travel outside of the State of Michigan

· Turn in all passports

· No weapons

· No unsupervised contact with any non-biological children

· No contact with any of the victims or their families

Raymond Durham - Defendant charged in March 15, 2017 non-fatal shootings of two Detroit police officers. The defendant will not have his Competency Hearing tomorrow. It has been re-scheduled for Thursday morning, November 9, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. before Judge Kenneth King.

Three Juvenile Males Charged in Fordson High School Assault

Today Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy has charged three sophomore juvenile males in connection with an assault on a freshman male at Fordson High School in Dearborn. All of the parties are Dearborn residents

On October 9, 2017, it is alleged that a 13-year-old freshman male victim was sitting in the locker room before his football practice when the three sophomore male students assaulted him in the school locker room. During the assault it is alleged that one of the sophomores exposed himself to the victim. All three respondents have been charged with one count each of Assault and Battery*. On November 2, 2017 the cases were authorized by the court and set for a pre-trial hearing on November 20, 2017 at 10:00 am. before Referee Leslie Graves.
