Indigent Defense Services will be accepting new applicants for our managed assigned counsel roster for calendar 2024 from 12:01 a.m. on 10/30/2023 until 11:59 p.m. on 11/30/2023.

The applications on this page will automatically begin accepting responses at 12:01 a.m. on 10/30/2023. Attempting to begin the application prior to that time will result in an error page.

You will receive a summary of your responses by email upon completion of your application. If you finish your application and see the thank you page and do not receive an email confirmation with responses attached, please notify us at IDSDWayne@waynecounty.com as it will allow us to verify whether we have received your application, and whether we have an accurate email address for you.
