Directions: Drive I-275 to Exit #8 (Flat Rock / Will Carleton Road ). Exit highway and head west on Will Carleton Road. Drive 3.5 miles to Haggerty Road. Turn right (north) onto Haggerty Road. Drive approximately Â½ mile to the park entrance, located on the left-hand side.

Boy and Cub Scout Programs
Crosswinds Marsh offers Wolf, Tiger and Bear Cub Scout Achievements/Electives, as well as Webelos and Boy Scout workshop programs featuring educational and hands-on activities designed to meet all requirements needed for Scouts to earn their badges and pins (not supplied by Wayne County Parks).
Girl Scout Programs
Crosswinds Marsh offers programs for Girl Scouts featuring educational and hands-on activities designed to meet all requirements needed for scouts to earn scout their badges.
Home School Classes
Designed for children ages 6-10 years old, the following home school programs are available upon request by calling (734) 654-1220. We will cover the nature-related topics each through discussion, crafts and hands-on activities.
Field Trips and Outreach Programs Crosswinds Marsh offers seasonal field trips and outreach programs for schools and other organized groups. Programs are designed to enhance the understanding of nature in a fun and informative way. Popular program activities include guided nature hikes, pond study explorations, reptile and amphibian encounters, wetland canoe trips and much more!
Crosswinds Marsh Family Programs
These programs are intended for individuals and families, with adults and children participating together. Programs are designed to help families learn about our native wildlife and habitats that are suitable for all ages unless otherwise noted. Crosswinds Marsh has fun special events designed for the entire family including:
